My coins disappeared

Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing a problem with FIFA Ultimate Team on EA Sports FC 26. I played the FUT Champions and finished it successfully. Afterward, I sold all the tradeable players on my team. At that point, I had around 980,000 coins. However, I went offline for a few hours, and when I returned, all my coins were gone. Currently, I only have about 60,000 coins, and there is no trace of the players I sold.

Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
