Please don't spread misinformation krybernat
All appeals are reviewed by a human member of the team.

ThanksEA_Darko - fair correction. I should phrase that more carefully.
I cannot know whether a human opens every appeal, and as you previously explained, Community Managers cannot see the account evidence or discuss the sanction itself.
What I can say from my own experience is that the responses gave me no indication that the specific points I raised were actually addressed. I submitted different information, asked specific questions and later even obtained the transaction data through my data request, yet the appeal responses remained generic and did not engage with any of those points.
So perhaps the distinction is: I am not claiming that no human opens the appeal. I am questioning whether the process gives the player any meaningful way to know that their actual arguments and evidence were considered.
If every appeal really receives a substantive human review, is there any way for the player to receive even a brief response addressing the specific evidence they submitted, rather than the same generic decision?
I think that would prevent exactly the impression you are calling misinformation here.

Hey krybernat we can see info around why an action has been talked, we simply can't discuss it due to account security.
The team do not go into detail around the issue and use formatted and prewritten replies to ensure uniformity across replies.
If the team declines an appeal then it means their review found evidence that supports the ban.

Thanks EA_Darko. But I think this is exactly the issue.
If the reviewer sees the evidence, but the player receives only a prewritten response that does not address anything they submitted, there is no meaningful communication between the two sides.
How can a player make a better second appeal if they are never told what was wrong with the first one or what evidence they need to explain?
I don't doubt that something happens internally. I'm questioning whether an appeal process without any feedback can actually function as a meaningful appeal.

Exactly, it's a flawed system designed to find anyone guility without presenting any evidence because they are "trade secrets". Darko is of no use here as they're not even prepared to raise this with the relevant channels. Just keep a lid on mass bans regardless of who gets caught in it.
