No rewards for watching FC Pro live

I didn't get the reward packs for watching the LALIGA FC Pro Cup live on Youtube today. My account is linked and I have gotten all the previous rewards before this no problem. Anything that can be done about this, or three packs just gone (15min, 60min and the group reward pack)?

    I've had the same issue, I just watch 60mins of the final and there's no packs as a reward, does anyone know how I can rectify this and get my packs. Or is there an email I can complain to where they actually reply?

    No more rewards for watching! Nothing last week either.. EA start **bleep** solving this!
