Re: connecting ultimate team is not possible at the moment
Dear developers,
It has been almost over 2 weeks and a major part of the community has not had access to online services in the U.S. You guys are probably not aware or are not reading the forums nor the feedback on other social media, but this is a major issue since we have not gotten any information regarding this issue. This is concerning since many users paid for early access and were not able to access all game features as promised. This side of the community has lost the opportunity to complete objectives, rewards, and of course, the money we paid for services you guys are responsible for providing.
It is such a shame that i bought this game, honestly I had given up on the franchise with last year's release but I got it because a friend begged me to for "a last run". I just hope at least we get some closure and proper compensation for this issue.
