Terrible Sound Stuttering Issues

(Playing with a controller on PC) After about 30-35 ingame minutes, the audio starts to crackle and cut in and out (both my speakers and my mic). But its only when im touching my controller? If i unplug my controller and use a different one after it starts cutting out it fixes it, but then after another 30 it starts stuttering again. Then when that happens, i have to change back to the original controller to stop it???

is there a proper way to actual stop this or will i need to pause twice a game to sub out controllers
