Not able to play ultimate team in FC 26

Hello EA team,

Please since I bought the disc and being installed for FC 26, Iam not able to play ultimate teamat all??!!!

I've tried all other solutions and nothing helped even I deleted the game and re-install it again even by deleting the cash and rebuild the database nothing works till the moment.

Please EA staff can you fix my issue?
