Not able to trade in web or app

I am not active anymore on EA account since 2019, I am back now... I did all enormous requirements for a week now, I was able unlock ultimate team web app after some time but no transfers.

why?

reviewed the requirements 3 times and did play so much already, closed all foundations and plenty SBCs

whats is wrong ?
