NOT FOUND Card Design

    I was able to solve the issue by deleting the files in the following location:

    C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 26

    Those files don't get wiped by uninstalling and have to be deleted manually in addition to uninstall/reinstall. Deleting them makes the game install a fresh set.  Within the filesystemcache folder you can find the different card rarity images.  Try this only at your own risk!

Thanks for reaching out. I see you've tried a couple of troubleshooting steps already and that's great! There are a few more things we can try here: 

  • Turn off your console by holding the button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. Leave it off for a couple of seconds before turning it on again
  • Delete some files with the How to delete corrupt files in EA SPORTS FC™ article.
  • Delete active squad and create a new squad
