Not right rewards (false advertising)

Last friday, october 24th, I opened the ultimate boo starter pack in my own language (japanese) and it said that it gave out 84+x50 players: 

Translation:

Includes 50 rare gold player items rated 84 or higher (at least 5 players are guaranteed to be rated 84 or above).Also includes 1 Ultimate Scream or Hero (Week 1) Player Pick [Loan] (choose 1 out of 5 players), usable for 5 matches.All items are untradeable.

I would like to have the actual pack added to my account as I have paid money for it..!
