'On Your Way' Objective Pack Missing

Same. I completed the objective required and I haven't been given the option to purchase the Opening Bell pack. I don't even have a "For You" section in my store! Not fair offering this content randomly as it seems its not actually tied to completing the objective!

I’ve run into the same problem again first with path to pro, and now with this. I just can’t keep going with it anymore
