ONE PLAYER DRAFT PROBLEM

I won 3 games in the single-player Draft. When I entered the 4th game, I couldn't see Manchester City's logo in the team selection section. I skipped that part, selected kits, etc., and entered the game, but none of the opposing team's players were visible before kickoff. The same problem occurred when I passed the ball, and the game crashed immediately afterward. I tried again, and the same error occurred. I entered again and exited the game. However, the draft series wasn't broken.
