Ongoing Issue – Unable to Add Players to My Squad

Dear EA Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue that has still not been resolved, even though I have already contacted you about it before. In EA SPORTS FC 26, I am completely unable to add new players to my squad. Every time I select a player from the Club menu and try to add them to my team, the game freezes. Because of this, I cannot make any changes to my squad at all.

This problem has been ongoing for a long time, and it is becoming extremely frustrating. It is a very important part of the game, and right now I cannot use it in any way. I kindly ask you to look into this matter as soon as possible and provide a fix or solution. This issue seriously affects my gameplay experience.

If needed, I can provide screenshots or a short video showing exactly what happens.
