Ongoing Issues Woth Missing Icon Swap Tokens on EAFC 26

I have had the same problem been through to chat about 10 times, told the same thing as everyone else. Last night I tried to lodge a complaint and they still fobbed me off, surely we have some legal ground here. I have screen prints of all my convos and I have raised a subject data request. I read somewhere it was a bug on the companion app not recognising them as tokens but normal bronze cards when submitting SBCs so it seems alot of ppl have submitted them into SBCs without realising
