Unable to access ultimate team

Unable to access Ultimate Team on console for ~48 hours.
Companion and other modes work, so this is not a connectivity issue.

 

This appears to be a stuck account/session issue after the recent outage and has not resolved.

 

This also caused my Evolution to expire.

 

I previously contacted support but no case is showing on my account. Can this be escalated or linked to the ongoing issue?

    I’ve already completed both of these steps, including deleting squads via the web app and following the file reset guide.

     

    The issue persists — Ultimate Team is still inaccessible on console, while web app and other modes work normally.

     

    This appears to be an account/session issue rather than local data.

     

    Can this be reviewed or escalated for a backend check?

    There are a few more steps that are worth trying, as it could still be a local issue. Just to check, what platform do you play on?

  • I’m on PlayStation.

     

    This is not a local issue — I can access Ultimate Team on the web/companion app, and all other online modes work on console.

     

    The issue is only Ultimate Team on console and has persisted for 48+ hours.

     

    I have already followed all troubleshooting steps (cache clear, reinstall, squad deletion, etc.) with no change.

     

    This appears to be a stuck Ultimate Team session/account-side issue following the outage.

     

    Can this please be flagged for a backend/account-level review?
