Pack luck

I’m posting this here after speaking with EA Support, who advised me to bring this to the forums for further visibility.

My concern is with pack probabilities in FC 26. I understand that packs are based on random probability, but my experience does not seem to align with the advertised odds.

After opening a large number of packs, I have consistently received results that feel significantly below what the stated probabilities would suggest. This raises concerns about how these odds are implemented and whether they are being accurately reflected in-game.

I’m not asking for guaranteed players, but I would like more transparency on:

- How pack probabilities are calculated and enforced

- Whether there is any system (such as weighting, streak balancing, or hidden modifiers) affecting outcomes

- If there is any auditing or verification process to ensure fairness

At the moment, it’s difficult to trust that the displayed probabilities accurately represent what players are actually receiving.

I would appreciate if this could be reviewed by the team or clarified further.
