Packs are bugged

Every pack with a minimum rating only gives out that minimum rating. Please remove my account from the "do not give anything" list. 

I know you'll say it's all random, we both know it is not.. Just remove the flag from my account, I won't tell. Just do it, it's the right thing to do.
