Paid extra for Ultimate FC 26 and missing Icon pack!?

Still waiting for the extra bundles (which is why i paid extra...) thought id get in touch with EA and they said there is nothing they can do about it!?

Ive seen a quite a few users affected, surely this isnt legal right? Why are EA charging extra if they wont provide the bonus features? 

I tried to raise a complaint with EA the agent said they are not able to log complaints and that i should message on here!!?

Anyone had any luck or thought about trading standards, with the amount of issues there has to be a case...
