Payment dispute
I bought 1050 FC Coins, the money was withdrawn from my bank account but the FC Coins did not arrive. Where do I need to file an appeal? Can you help me?

Hello, I play on PC and I purchased it through the Companion app (Google Play). The payment was debited from my bank account, but the FC Points haven't been credited to my account yet. Here's the payment proof.
I then bought it from my PC and there was no problem with that. So, in total I made 2 purchases, one didn't get credited to my account, the other did.
The image below shows an FC Point payment that has been made but not yet credited to the account.
