Didnt get my last 2000 fc points of the ultimate edition !

I bought the ultimate edition in september and got 2000 fc points first then another 2000 fc points on october. Then i stopped playing in November and came back in december. Poeple got their last 2000 fc points in november while i got nothing when i came back. I sent tickets to the support and their only answer was ´´ We’ve looked into your case, and you’re not eligible for any more content. ‘´ 

Is there any EA AGENT here to help us its happening to a lot of poeple.

    Hello! I only received 2,000 FIFA Points. I was unable to receive the remaining FIFA Points that I should have received. Additionally, I purchased the Ultimate Edition but did not receive the Ibrahimović Icon card. I kindly request assistance regarding this matter.

    Same, I was unable to receive the remaining FC points. I also didn't get the FC points from October and November

    Hello, as of today, out of the 6,000 FIFA Points that were stated to be granted via pre-order, I have only 2,000 FIFA Points left to receive. I kindly request that these remaining 2,000 FIFA Points be credited to my account as soon as possible.
