I don't know if it's a PS or a Xbox player. But I have already met hundreds of console players who are cheating. I report them all. Most of them are using the exact same hack.
I think there is some glitch or cheat in the game right now where you go in a tournament and the person then quit right after and you lose the game 3-0 or 4-3. EA bans who they want and probably just let some people go unnoticed.
