PLAYER LEAVE WHEN GAME FINDS

Just tired of seen player leaving after game found . Have to wait more than 10minutes just to play 1 game. Some player just leave the game when found for fun and EA takes no action to such player. They are just there to waste our time. So EA should makes new rules like if they cancel the game more then 3 times they get ban for 10-15 minutes or even hour, so that they feel scared and wonton attempt to do it. Most of the online games has such rules.
