Playstyles are ruining the game even more...
Playstyles appear to be more than just stats boosts, rather a change in the way a player does things. The issue, is apparently a PS and PS+ makes it far too guaranteed for that action to be successful.
As all cards are improving in stats, its becoming broken and so obvious. Let me explain. When stats are lower and a player has Bruiser for example, the defender with Bruiser wins a tackle since the dribbling stats etc. on the opponent aren't inflated and maybe they only have a few PS (so early on in the cycle). It's a less complicated calculation to decide the outcome of the tackle. High def stats + Bruiser = Winner.
Now, we have every player in every team having 8-10 playstyles/+ and ridiculously inflated stats. Meaning, now when that Bruiser goes to win a tackle. . .its "winning" the tackle by bruising his way through a player with a blatant foul or the graphics just glitch them through you to win the ball because the game physics can't handle all these players with nearly perfect stats and PS. Now the attacker has Dribbling Playstyles, all stats 85+. . .and the game engine/physics calculations are more complex to decide the outcome; but when a PS is overtuned (Bruiser), the mechanic wins. Also why we see Finesse and Low Driven far too powerful.
Get rid of them. I've been saying this since December. As the stats get higher and more PS are on cards, you'll hear more and more people complaining about random BS in game. It's because of inflated stats and Playstyles. The game engine / physics can't keep up.
