Premium pass fault

I have preordered the game and received all rewards apart from the premium pass. This has then come late but I had already bought it last night with 1000fp given I assumed it was not being delivered as no notice it was late was up. EA has notified me that I will now receive it this morning but have not reimbursed me the 1000fp that I paid to get something I should have had in the first place. If you could please address this issue and deposit 1000fp into my account I would be very appreciative.
