Hi. The same thing happened to me, but yesterday it was finally activated. I did three things: entered the Ultimate Team menu, entered the Clubs main menu and created a player, then started a new Career Mode and saved it. After that, I disconnected from the EA servers and logged in again. It worked for me — good luck to you as well!
