Preorder Scam!

I preordered FC 26 well before August 25th to get the perks of the ultimate team edition preorder! Today I found out that my preorder has been cancelled one day before the release (citing that my payment information didn’t work) why on Earth would you tell me that one day before the release and not immediately when I made the preorder purchase! Anyways I’ve just gone and purchased the ultimate edition early AGAIN! this is my public plea to ANYBODY that works at EA to go and look at my payment history and you will see that I did preorder this darn game on time and that I deserve the ICON. Please don’t screw me over enough is enough.
