Prime heroes event claim issue

Has anyone else had any issues, claiming the prime heroes objective for completing all of the objectives in the prime heroes live events. I completed all 4 but had issue claiming for the Prime heroes Aimar, from Prime heroes event 1.

Just wanted to see if I was alone in this issue.
