Problems with draft

Can you please explain why the Draft keeps disconnecting me, saying I’ve lost connection when I definitely haven’t? I’m paying real money for this game and it keeps happening again and again because you can’t deal with cheaters. It’s honestly ridiculous at this point — fix this **bleep** issue and give me back what I’ve lost. **bleep** this **bleep**.....
