Purchased FC26 Ultimate for through Nitendo for switch and cannot access

This looks to be a widespread issue, though I haven't found any other switch users chiming in. We purchased Ultimate as a pre-order. Switch says its downloaded, but the content isn't available in the virtual game cards. We've tried restarting, checking our purchases, etc., and nothing. Just hoping to pass along some info to my pre-teens so they can try to troubleshoot.
