Purchased RTTK Garnacho, only to find it showing N/A, compensation owed.

I saw garnacho's gold card was elgible for RTTK upgrades, and when ive logged on it now says N/A. Im owed a lot of compensation! I spent a lot of coins i got using from fifa points i bought, i want the 15,000 fifa points at a minimum it took to buy these garnachos. See the video attached for evidence.
