Quick sell

I have spent days doing the SBC for sesko, my game glitched and some how he was quick sold. I have already used my quick sell for the next 31 days. I have spoken to EA and they said they are unable to recover when I know that they can and that other people have had players recovered for them. Why would I spend loads of players just to quick sell him, your system glitched and sold my player but they will not recover him or reimburse me. Joke!!
