Quick Sold player, no coins deposited into my account for said player.

Hello, 

So I quicksold Anders Dreyer 84 Rated , Ratings Reloaded card. In between the process of quick selling I had an error message pop up and The game backed out of ultimate team. When I loaded back in , player was gone and no coins were given for the player.

i tried to use the app to undo the quick sell but it won’t allow me even though I see the player because I don’t have the coins for it .

 

what do I do now ?

    Hey MervSwazzy​ it can take up to 24 hours for your coin balance to update.

    Best thing to do is give it time and then check later

    Hey, 

    So it’s been over  24hours , still no change. Can’t undo the quick sell and no coins to show for player.
