EA_Aljo I've appealed it multiple times requesting documentation and/or a more detailed explanation but they just keep denying the appeal stating that they "actioned my account correctly". Makes no sense. Why can't they provide the evidence? I think if we are spending money and filling their pockets we at least have a right to know, don't you? I wasn't even home the weekend that my account got banned, I think that is evidence enough to figure out that my account was compromised.
I am just going to continue to reappeal, at this point my goal is to just clog their AI response system with the same case. Based off their responses, there is no way it is an actual person looking into my case.
