i have pre ordered the game and it says login unavailable but works on the account i haven’t pre ordered the game on

even though im on the right account and has been an

same thing is happening to me, i have no idea why. ive had my account for 10 years and still this comes up

I played fc25 and fifa 23 on my xbox and it says if i played fc25 then I get early access to the web app but when i go on it it says that i need to create a ultimate team on my xbox which i cant because the game isn't even out. So what is the fix? If there is no fix i expect to be compensated for my lost time on the game.

Same thing here. Bought EA Play Pro but can't log in. Contacted live support but they just said they're aware of the issue and that I should just wait to hear back. Very unhelpful.

I was able to use the FC 25 Companion App with my EA account, but now when I try to log in to the FC 26 Companion App, I get a message saying my account doesn’t have an Ultimate Team 26 Club. The problem is that FC 26 hasn’t been released yet, so I can’t create a club on console/PC. Interestingly, when I log in with another account, it works fine.

Would you please check it as soon as possible?

Thank you for your report. Could you confirm if this is the main account where you played FC 25? Just trying to check if you played many games in FC 25 on that profile? Can you also open the page using a new incognito tab and check your login credentials? Thanks.

Hello, ever since the launch of the new web app, i've been trying to login, but it's been giving me the same message ever since. Even after 15 hours, i still can't get in and all of my friends were able to. I can still login to my FC25 account on the companion app so i imagine there is nothing wong with my account. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I'm using a machine translation for your error, so forgive me if it isn't entirely accurate. But it looks like you're being prompted to make an UT since your account doesn't have one. Did you play FC 25 on this account at all?

I also have the same problem as that guy and it isent fixed. Should it be fixed until the companion app is out? Poeple I know could log in but I can’t.

nothing about cache or ip bro it's about account, i can log in my friend's account from my pc
