Re: I can't access the web app or companion app for my account

Hello,

I'm playing FIFA on console (ps5) and I'm not able to log into the companion app. Every time I log in  I get the following error message:

Unable to log in

We're experiencing issues with the login services. While we're working on this, you can try logging in on your console or PC for the full Football Ultimate Team experience.

But meanwhile my friends are able to log into the companion app.

At first I thought it was because I didn't play last year but now that I'm already playing this year I think this can't be the case. 

Hopefully someone can help me.
