Re: Missing pre order rewards

I purchased the Ultimate Edition of the game on Steam as soon as it was released. While everyone else has received their 2000 FP, Pass, and Icon player, I still haven’t received mine. I was planning to use the 2000 FP to improve my account, but I can’t, and having Icon players on every other team has made the game frustrating since I still don’t have my own Icon player. There are other players on Steam experiencing the same issue. When will this problem be resolved?
