Since ive pointed out that the community manager was replying to everyone elses posts for the past 2 months every single day... he happens to now not be active for 3 days.... coincidence?

you should apply to EA and see if you can fix it yourself for all of us. I don't know what they're doing there, but whatever it is, it's not fixing this. We've reported this issue numerous times before and haven't heard anything back. That's why it's been dead silent.
