Received fifa points but no Icon

Question

Hi,&nbsp;Just wanted to confirm whether there is somebody able to help me. I have received some of the perks with the Ultimate Edition FC26 (such as FIFA Points 2000, EVO pack), but no Icon Debut pack.&nbsp;I am on the correct account and I have also restarted the game and still nothing.&nbsp;Could you please help me?
