Reporting a player

I want to report a player for basically kicking me off the servers for losing a game 

Won fair and square 4-3 in the 85/88th minutes and game ends and got a notification saying "ea servers are no longer available" but I came back in and servers was perfectly fine and got a disconnect warning and would lose coins because of it 

 

I have the guys GT on xbox I have reported it on xbox I want EA to ban him permanently. How can I report this?

    Hey mathewi10i​,

    If you believe someone broke our Rules of Conduct in a game but you didn't get a chance to report them through the game or system itself, you can fill out this form to send a report to our Terms of Service team as well.

    You'll be able to add the additional details in that report for the team to look into, and they'll make sure the appropriate action is taken based on their findings. Thanks!
