Rivals not working?

Whenever I try to load into a division rival game, it works fine until after the others team finishes showing and it fades into the black screen to transition. However, my game doesn't transition it auto disconnects me from the game during the black screen. This does not count as a loss for me, but I am unable to obtain my rival rewards at this rate.
