SBC problem

I completed a very expensive Campaign SBC multiple times.4 times same player why 
The SBC states there are 100 possible player options.
However, I received the exact same player every single time.

This is statistically impossible and clearly a bug.
Many players are experiencing the same issue.
Please investigate and compensate if needed.
