Season 1 Premium Pass Reward
I purchased the ULTIMATE version and received 2,000 FC POINTS, but I didn't receive the Premium season pass. I had to spend 1,000 on the pass, and I want my FC points back. This is a rip-off.

yeah I havent gotten it either! Im not spending 1k coins on it though, but why is there no information from EA on this? It’s happened to so many

I also received all other pre order bonus’s like the icon and the points but have not received the premium pass as promised. I would rather not have to spend 1000 of my 2000 points. Pls fix this
