Season Pass

Not realising that the ultimate edition of the game comes with the season pass, I purchased the season pass with the 2000 FC points you start with. So although I now have the season pass, I am out of pocket 1000 fifa points. Spoke with EA help and there was nothing they could do. I appreciate it's partly my fault, but I also didn't start the game with the season pass like I should have, avoiding this issue.
