Serious Bug Report — “Double Glitch” in Ultimate Team (PS5)

Hello EA Team,

I would like to report a gameplay bug known as the “Double Glitch” in EA SPORTS FC 26.

This glitch allows players to [explain briefly: duplicate items / coins / progress / etc.] which causes unfair gameplay advantage.

Platform: PS5

Mode: Ultimate Team

When it happens: [Write date & time]

How the glitch happens (steps):

1. Enter [the menu where it happens].
2. Perform [step 1].
3. Immediately do [step 2 that causes the duplication].
4. Expected result: Only one action should happen.
5. Actual result: The game duplicates [coins/items/players/etc.].

Reproducibility:

Happens every time / often (choose one).

Impact:

This glitch affects game balance and can be exploited by players.
