Silver World Tournament DNF error

I started playing yesterday the world tour silver superstars league 2 live event and when I matched with opponents, 2 times my opponent were co-op players and as soon as the match started then the game disconnected me without having any issue with my internet connection and when I logged in again this match counted as DNF. That impacted my win/loose ratio in the tournament as it happened twice and I wasn't able to get full rewards because of this nonsense
