Sp stuck level

My sp level is on level 1 575 i contact the ea help center and they told me to type here sometimes i reach level 6 or 7 than it turns back to be on level 1 so please help me with this im stuck on 575 the sp isn’t getting higher and I can’t collect the objectives rewards season
