Still Cant play UT FC 26

I cant play ultimate team or Rivals and i pre ordered the game for early access ! Now the game is available for everyone and I cant even open packs or play the game! This is so unfair we all paid around 90 dollars for this game that we cant even play or enjoy! We need some compensation or a refund ! Money doesn't grow on trees i know i worked hard hours for my money to pay for your product!
