Store Pack Contain wrong items

The 26 Candles Pack was advertised as containing Team of the Season (TOTS) players. However, when I opened the pack, players such as Bruno Fernandes, Messi, and Saliba were awarded as standard Gold versions instead of their TOTS versions. I have screenshots and video evidence of the pack opening. I would like the team to review whether the pack functioned as intended and whether the contents matched the advertised description.
