Switch 2 Ultimate Edition Premium Season Pass

I purchased the games Ultimate edition for Switch 2 and get the points, but I can't access the Premium Season Pass (I can activate it for 1000 points)... What could be the problem?

Ultimate edition purchased but not been given the premium season pass , all other rewards have been given but not that
