Tactics

I have three tactics, but as soon as I start a match, I'm suddenly down to one, and the other two are gone, and I can't find them anywhere. Players are also suddenly in completely random positions, and nothing makes sense anymore. Anyone else experiencing this and/or perhaps know a solution? This is really annoying.
