Temporarily Lost Access to Trade on FC Companion App
Hello EA Support Team,
My account was previously restricted for a limited period on the FC Companion App, even though I did not use any tools, bots, or third-party software. After that restriction ended, my account was restored and worked normally.
However, yesterday I received the following message:
“YOUR ACCOUNT HAS TEMPORARILY LOST ACCESS TO TRADE ON THE EA SPORTS FC Companion App.”
I would like to understand the reason for this action, as I do not use any trading tools, coin transfer methods, or automation. All Squad Building Challenges are completed manually by me without any external assistance.
I always follow EA rules and terms of service, and I believe this restriction may have been applied by mistake. I kindly ask you to review my account and clarify the reason for this restriction.
